Webbyus AI provides enterprise AI automation, chat assistants, data & analytics, and related technology consulting services, as further described in individual service agreements or statements of work.
Clients agree to provide accurate information necessary to deliver services, maintain the confidentiality of any credentials issued, and use our services in compliance with applicable laws.
All content, trademarks, and technology on this site, excluding client-owned data, are the property of Webbyus AI or its licensors. Custom deliverables built for a client are governed by the applicable service agreement.
Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms are defined in individual proposals or contracts. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webbyus AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service in the preceding 12 months.
Either party may terminate services per the terms outlined in the applicable service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend access for violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
